The dedicated leadership team behind Dockside Green comprises of co-developers Vancity and Windmill West, along with the City of Victoria . Each a visionary organization in its own right, this innovative trio shares a common commitment to demonstrating the viability of ecologically, socially and economically responsible development projects.

Windmill

Windmill West is a development partnership dedicated to designing and building only the best green urban environments.  With Dockside Green as the keystone project, Windmill West is co-chaired by Joe Van Belleghem, development manager of Dockside Green and author of Dockside Green's green building development strategies, and Jack Julseth, co-founder of Three Point Properties, one of Vancouver Island's leading real estate developers.
