The movement to ‘build green' is growing rapidly through the sharing of ideas. This blog is a space to explore new topics in the green movement and to share informationto perpetuate a new way of thinking about how we design communities.
My vision for Dockside Green is a socially vibrant, ecologically restorative, economically sound and just community. Once complete, it will be a distinct collection of spaces to live, work, play and rest designed to enhance the health and wellbeing of both people and the ecosystem. Our goal is to reduce our impact on the earth by incorporating sustainable measures into all aspects of the development that meet with the triple bottom line approach.
Great ideas come from great dialogue. My vision for this blog is to explore new areas and concepts related to sustainability. This is not just about building one community; it's about bringing local innovations and our commitment to sustainability throughout the globe so the momentum continues.
