Finishing Finalization

balance construction is well underway and now is the time to select your colour scheme and optional upgrades. As a homeowner at balance, you will receive your finishing options addendum by mail, listing the special upgrades and that are available to your specific suite as well as pricing.

The following schedule indicates the due date for submission of your choices of colour scheme and upgrades, depending on the floor of your new home:

  • Garden Flat Level – November 23, 2007
  • Floors 1 to 4 – December 17, 2007
  • Floors 5 to 10 – February 11, 2008

To submit your choices for upgrades, please follow the necessary steps below:

  1. Select your balance colour scheme and upgrades
  2. Fill out your addendum to indicate your colour scheme and any additional upgrades that you would like to purchase for your suite.
  3. Calculate the total cost of your upgrades.
  4. Fax your completed addendum to 250.380.7270 or mail our offices.
  5. Make your cheque out for the total cost of your selected
    upgrade options to Browne Associates in Trust, and mail to:
