Colour Schemes
The two colour schemes offered in balance are Sun and Shade and have been beautifully designed by Kimberly Williams Interiors
Upgrade Options
Your home in balance will feature bamboo flooring in the kitchen, living and dining areas and carpet in the bedrooms, Whirlpool® Energy Star® Stainless-Steel Appliances, and an Asko® washer and dryer ensemble. There are several unique upgrade options that are available for the majority of suites in balance that will allow you to personalize your home. These include:
- Caramel-freckled cork flooring where bamboo is provided
- 100% woven-wool carpet in bedrooms
- Cork or bamboo throughout your home (in lieu of carpet in bedrooms)
- Energy Efficient Miele® and Kitchen Aid® Architect Series® Stainless Steel Appliances. Standard + Upgrade.
- Hanging shelving unit above kitchen island.
- Electronic defogging mirror with built-in vertical vanity lighting. Standard + Upgrade.
- Hand held sprays for bathtubs. Standard + Upgrade.
- Glass frame barn door for dens or bedrooms where applicable, finished in white molding.
- Gas outlet for BBQs.
- Soft close kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers.
- Frameless shower. Standard + Upgrade.
- Closet organizers in bedroom closets. Standard + Upgrade.
- Kitchen pantry cabinet with optional roll-out shelves.
Additional Storage
Additional parking spaces for scooters and motorcycles are available for purchase. These spaces will be located in designated areas in the parking garage. Also available for purchase in this parking area are designated, secure kayak racks 1 + 2. Availability is limited for these upgrades.
Technology Options
As the selected technology provider for balance, Bay Systems Inc. offers sales and custom installations for a range of offerings.
