Dockside Green is proud to offer a wide variety of premium commercial spaces available site wide.  Spaces will accommodate a broad range of office, retail and light industrial uses and can accommodate all sizes including up to 6,900 square feet per single floor (larger for multiple floors).

Initial development of over 50,000 square feet will commence in the Dockside Wharf neighbourhood this year, with an organic bakery, café and harbourfront restaurant opening next summer .
