Homes and offices can be toxic environments.  Numerous studies have shown dramatic increases in health, happiness and productivity for people living or working in green buildings.

imgPanel Dockside Green buildings provide 100% fresh air through either a central or individual heat recovery ventilator.  We use low or no volatile organic compounds (VOC's) paints, sealants and adhesives and we avoid the use of ureaformaldehyde composite wood products in addition to low emitting carpets.

In the interest of maintaining a healthy environment, Dockside Green will favour non-toxic, biodegradable and naturally-sourced products wherever possible.

To improve indoor air quality and encourage optimal functioning of Dockside Green's water treatment system, we encourage maintenance staff and community members to use green cleaning products exclusively.
