We'll do whatever we can to safeguard the economic viability of nearby industrial and residential communities while enhancing the economic strength of businesses located at Dockside Green. Our focus will be on supporting local businesses and creating economic spin-offs such as new jobs and businesses, job training and infrastructure savings, not to mention, leasing opportunities at Dockside Green. Our environmental approach will reduce energy, water and other infrastructure costs and lower the operating overhead, municipal capital and maintenance costs for Dockside businesses.
