Our focus will be on supporting local businesses and creating economic spin-offs such as new jobs and businesses, job training and infrastructure savings, not to mention, leasing opportunities at Dockside Green. Our environmental approach reduces energy, water and other infrastructure costs and lowers the operating overhead, municipal capital and maintenance costs for businesses at Dockside.
