Community Design
A healthy environment and strong community improves overall quality of life. That's why we've designed a community that encourages people to spend time outdoors, interact with neighbours and support community businesses. We've also allowed for easy access to points beyond the community via a pedestrian and bike path connecting south to the City centre via the Johnson Street Bridge and north through Point Ellice Park.
