Residential Mix (Diverse Mix of People)
We believe that having a diverse mix of ages and income brackets will result in a stronger, more active community. As such, we have planned an inclusive residential mix for each phase of the development, including high-end and medium-market condos, affordable rental and ownership units, live/work, work/live and assisted housing for seniors. As a testament to our vision, we have committed $3 million plus a provision for escalation for the development of affordable ownership and rental units targeting household incomes between $30,000 to $60,000.
